Milton Satterwhite was convicted in Lee County Circuit Court of possession of barbiturates, fined $1,000 and sentenced to fifteen years imprisonment. Certiorari was granted by this court to review the decision of the Court of Criminal Appeals affirming Satterwhites conviction. We reverse that judgment and remand the cause to the appeals court.
